OK real quick what the hell is refeeds? and I'm at about 15% BF and would love to get down to 9%. I hear that's when you start to see abs. I eat almost no carbs, i swin twice a week for cardio right now. I have a shin splint and i'm a MARINE and have a fitness test soon so i stopped running to rest the leg. Once i get back into a 20 min a day cardio routine will i start to drop BF better? Anyone got any suggestions?
