Cutting after pct. any ideas

Good post by megatron. Yeah never cut during pct or beyond. Eating a lot of fats is important during pct

i have a goal set in my head, and i will reach there, but right now im just stuck between eating too much and feeling fat :p maybe i'll just gain more another 14-18 weeks.. rather than cutting

Don't overdo your surplus or you will get fat. Come on dude, this isn't rocket science.

No need to go over 20% of your TDEE (maintenance cals) on a bulk - and keep your foods reasonably clean.

Yes im not over eatiing.. i was eating 3500 calories was not gainng anythign so now i increased it to 3700, gained 1.5 pounds in 2 weeks.. so i'll continue eating 3700 till the time weight gain stops

Yes, agreed.. im going to eat in surplus for 2-3 months more then do a mini cut before starting fresh.. will try to gain atleast 5-10 lbs

No. I said bulk then maintenance cut then maintenance.
U are saying u will continue to bulk then go straight to cut.
So we are back at square one.
If u have gained fat to the point where u don't like it. Then stop bulking. Now eat at maintenance. 2 months. Then start your cut. After Ur cut eat at maintenance for 2 to 3 months then return to bulk. If needed.
Bulk
Maintenance
Cut
Maintenance
Repeat if needed
