7 wks off (broken elbow!)
So basically, this is my first time cutting. Im not cutting for competition, im just cutting to get rid of some extra fat i put on during my gaining cycle. I have most of it down, but the only thing im not sure about is carb intake. I eat most of my carbs in the morning and right after my workout(50g. dextrose pwo). I know you have to take them in so you dont get a "flat look" but exactly how much? I lost about 18 lbs in 8-9 weeks. I am currently 5'9" at 192. When i take in carbohydrates how much should i take in or how much should be in my daily total?
