Cutting and Carbs

So basically, this is my first time cutting. Im not cutting for competition, im just cutting to get rid of some extra fat i put on during my gaining cycle. I have most of it down, but the only thing im not sure about is carb intake. I eat most of my carbs in the morning and right after my workout(50g. dextrose pwo). I know you have to take them in so you dont get a "flat look" but exactly how much? I lost about 18 lbs in 8-9 weeks. I am currently 5'9" at 192. When i take in carbohydrates how much should i take in or how much should be in my daily total?
 
you have to take in carbs for many more reasons than to prevent a "flat look".

when i first began dieting down i started off with 1g per pound of bodyweight. Combined that with EC+l-tyrosine+green tea, and the fat melted off for the first couple of months.
 
yeah the fat is coming off fine and all...i just want to make sure im doing it right ya know. Heres my weekly cutting progression...

Week 1:
3 days low-intensity cardio

Week 2:
3 days low-intensity cardio
1 cup of coffee(or green tea) pre-cardio

Week 3:
4 days low-intensity cardio
1 cup of coffee pre-cardio
1-2 servings Sesamin daily

Week 4:
4 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
1-2 servings Sesamin daily

Week 5:
4 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
1-2 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily

Week 6:
4 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
1-2 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily
1 day medium-intensity cardio

Week 7:
4 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
2-3 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily
1 day medium-intensity cardio

Week 8:
3 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
2-3 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily
2 days medium-intensity cardio

Week 9:
3 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
2-3 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily
2 days medium-intensity cardio

Week 10:
3 days low-intensity cardio
1 thermogenic pre-cardio
2-3 servings Sesamin daily
1 serving creatine daily
1 day medium-intensity cardio
1 day high-intensity cardio

I'm almost through, but im gonna cut maybe for another month at most.
