Dropped. My bf from 32% to 22% just eating better and some low intensity cardio spin bike.
Stopped working out due to a car accident injuries to my legs. And shoulder for about 2 years.
I have prop, tren, masteron, anavar, t3 clen, dex cialis, available for a future cycle. Got a few cycles under my belt, but I never got so fat before this time is different because I got injured in the car accident now my question is can I start my cutting cycle at my current body fat or should I go lower the problem is I can't do intense cardio because of my legs, what do you guys recommend if so can you help me set up a nice cycle with what I have available, my goal is 12-10% normally I look really ripped at that body fat percentage

I wouldnt cycle anything yet. Get under 15 bf before you consider it

What cardio are you able to do? I would do some morning fasted cardio. No diary. Meats and vege every meal. No Breads or carbs through wheats

Thanks for the reply I'm only able to do spin bike at a low intensity I go for about an hour a day 4 times a week. I tried doing punching bag for 30mts, guess I could include that type of cardio too. Before my accident I would playing soccer tournaments during the weekends running an average of 4to 6 hrs a weekend, and I also did cardio right after my workout, not to mention I was younger but then lol

be sure to keep the gear in a cool dark place so it wont go bad. you also need to get your bf% down to mid teens.
you also need to set up a proper workout schedule with weights, and push yourself to the limit for months, before you even consider doing gear.

eat lots of vegetables and drink at least 2 gallons of water per day, youll see the fat shed off of you in no time.

Yes definitely, thanks for the advice

Give morning spin fasted a try and days in between light sparring. What is your current diet?

Do that for 4-6 weeks and youll see some bf drop off easy

Also to throw out there heal your injuries. Do physio if need be and try to recover some more too. AAS may give you a false sense of security and you may go back with another injury

I was once in the same boat. Motorcycle wreck. Legs were useless for a while. Can you row? Rowing and stationary bike were the only things I could do......and they were tough. Swimming is awesome but my legs too bad when they had no tension on them.
Cut some more before ya do anything too crazy. Sorry for the trouble you've had bro. I've been there and it SUCKS. Good luck and take care of yourself.

My diet consists in 2000 calories a day of Meats vegetables and (carbohydrates) mainly
rice. I cut all junk Foods 7 weeks ago, dropped from 33% to 22%bf I'm sure those numbers are not accurate since I use a handheld body fat monitors but it's a guide. But lately I've noticed my weight loss has plateaued I need to drop some calories or add some more activity, or maybe both lol, calories in calories out right?
