Cutting fat & building muscle

Hi, I'm a 20 year old who's 12st dead and 6ft tall, I suffer from having stomach fat an moobs, I'm going the gym 5 days a week and smashing both the weights and cardio but seeing little effects, just wondering what you guys would recommend (supplements) to help with strength gain, muscle build and fat loss.

Eat high protein FIRST thing in the morning and eat small meals low in simple carbs all day 3-4 hours apart. Keep your body running by digesting proteins and long carbs.

the more muscle you put on the more calories you are going to burn at rest. Don't play with juice yet man, you're too young Bro!!

Think of this game in years and take the slow road to your goals. Keep asking questions!

you are 6 foot and 168, you need to fix your diet and hit the gym hard. plus you are too young for AAS
 
You need to spend a lot of time getting serious about your diet. Do the research here and elsewhere about what type of foods to eat and what to avoid in order to maximize lean muscle mass. It's not rocket science but you can't go around with your head up your ass, either. You cannot eat fastfood 5 days a week, choke down three portions of lasagna, and chug sugary beverages without consequences. If you're having problems with burning off the calories you're consuming at age 20 you are setting yourself up for a world of hurt when your metabolism actually starts to slow down in about 10 years. Get yer shit dialed in now. The results in the gym will follow.
 
I'll tell you what, AAS won't get rid of your fat. Don't be getting ideas thinking nolva will get rid of your bitch tits either...

And for the record I don't play computer games or anything haha, and I'm always doing cardio for example golf, football running etc

Yeah, thats so right , new generations are so passive and they look so much older then their age. I think because of passive life their body got damages of free radicals caused by unhealthy food.

If you're "going to the gym" and seeing little affects your food/protein intake is counteracting the effects you're looking for or you simply arent hitting the gym intensly like you should be doing.

I am also 6 feet tall 168 lbs. (hence the slim shady avatar) but I am ripped son.. GOTTA DO HELLA WORK MAN. Post up your diet/training agenda as mentioned and im sure myself of one the other nice guys here will shout out some helpful advice.
