its all about diet....3J is the resident expert here, and i know he has recipes for something like this. However, obviously lowering your calories to below your tdee, keeping it around 40 carb/40 protein/ 20 fats while also running an anabolic, is basically the best and easiest way to do it imo. However there are many ways to do it, and it is possible to do it without the aas just a bit more expertise and discipline is needed. And obviously your training needs to be on point!
