Cutting for a couple of weeks

Hey guys i'm dropping my complex carbs to about 179 and keeping protein about 240
im going to drop the weight at the gym and do more compound exercises with more reps but probably spend most of my time at the track doing cardio plus HITT
i plan on eating about 2100 calories a day and buring at least 500.
will this be sufficient in burning fat and maintaining muscle?
im also on 500mg test e and 60mg anavar and about to add 40mg clen.
will the aas preserve muscle? im naturally a pretty skinny guy so i don't think ill have a problem cutting at all
