cutting gear

I have some test c 250mg that is pretty painfull. I was wanting to cut it with some eo, to see if that helps. How much should I put in each 10ml vail? and should I bake and refilter it? If I add say 2ml to each one would that drop it down to 200mgs/ml?

I would use oil to cut it. and 2ml cutter/10ml gear won't do anything. most people cut with 50%-100% of the amount of gear they are injecting.
