I would say if you are going to be using the clen OR are going to be in a caloric deficit , do it when you are still on your cycle because the test will help you maintain/build muscle. Keep in mind that when you are done your cycle , your natty test is going to be down to 0 , or very low , so if you try to cut at this point , you can lose alot of gains if not all . It is recommended that you wait even a while after post cycle therapy (pct) to start any type of cutting phase so that your body realy holds onto what it has made on cycle . So im suggesting if you want , to do any type of cutting while you are still on cycle .
You can still make good gains while cutting id say , just depending on how much a caloric deficit you are in . You need to feed your muscle , and all new muscle that is made on cycle for that matter . So to answer you question , would you be better off cutting or bulking , it depends on your goals . If you wanna put on more size and muscle mass , youd be better off just bulking , you can still cut up and gains a bit , probably not as much but dont do if right after your cycle . I mean its recommended that you wait a few months after post cycle therapy (pct) to cut . SO if you do , do it while you a re on to preserver mass .
