This is a role playing exercise.
Goals:
1. Decrease BF% drastically
2. Maintain as much strength as possible from recent testosterone suspension research. It lasted a month and has been a month since.
Limitations:
1. Budget – What I have is what I have. I could find $200 worth of anything if I need to.
2. Detection – trying to keep detection times at a reasonable minimum (two months or so)
Current Stats: Approx 220 lbs, 20% BF. Exact measurements soon, want to get this posted. HUGE Lats, glutes. Excess abdominal fat.
Bio: 23 Male, 2 year personal trainer, just entered the research field, obese childhood, leaned out in military, usually between 15-25% BF depending on school workload and natural bulking/cutting cycles.
Blood test before first cycle: Sub-par DHEA levels, Borderline low testosterone levels, Lower end Insulin like Growth Factor, borderline hyperthyroidism.
Always on: OTC DHEA, Mult - Vitamin.
Research Materials:
1. 30 ml clenbuterol, 120 mcg/ml
2. 1 ml IGF - 1 Long R, 1mg/ml
3. 10 ml stanozolol – 50 mg/ml
4. 10 sessions Lipostabil – home kit (wish me luck)
5. Ephedrine, Caffeine, aspirin stack.
6. E-stem machine
Proposal:
I. Research
i. Clenbuterol - Week 1 & 2, 5&6. Pyramid @ 40 mcg/day, 60, 80, 100, 120, 120, 120, 120, 120, 120, 100, 80, 60, 40 (running ephedrine at same time) SPLIT IT UP INTO TWO DOSES, CAN DO ONE WEEK ON, ONE OFF
ii. IGF – week 3-6 @ 30 mcg/day – post workout (will adjust according to results) SOME SAY 40 EVERY DAY
iii. Stanazolol – Week 3-6 @ 100 mg/third day.
iv. Lipostabil on abs starting week 3. As often as pain allows until finished with all 10. From every third day to once a week.
v. E – stem obliques/chest on cardio days. (front abs probably sore from lipostabil)
II. Resistance
i. Super sets - Back/Tri/Abs, Chest/Bi, Legs/Abs. Every other day. Full Body shock every other weekend.
III. Cardio
i. 30-45 minutes, 70 % MHR, jog/bike on non-lifting days. Abs/stretch at conclusion.
IV. Nutrition
i. 3 days at 2000 cal/day 40/30/30, 1 day at 3000 cals, repeat. My maintenance is about 2500 since I sit on around all day at school when not working out. +/- 500 cals depending on length of cardio.
Specific questions: Could I get away with less Stanazolol (time taken and/or dosage). Is liquid generic Stanozolol, not Winstrol brand, able to be taken orally? I know I will be hungry on the IGF but can I get results from these research items at 2000-3000 calories? What should I be concerned about Post cycle? Will this overload my toxin levels? Best way to get them out? Is clen appropriate with my highly active thyroid? Can anyone tell me what my blood test says about how my body is functioning, normally?
