i am trying to shed body fat that is my number one goal, what are some workouts that could help me get ripped, i do 4-5 days of cardio always intense, and i like to hit more than one muscle a day, thanks for any input

thats what im doing, when bulking i dont do any cardio and diet is not the best but now im cutting routine stays the same apart from i may try and add an extra set if my strength drops a lot
