ok here's my story. i play football, but i stopped playing mid season. im 280 lbs 6' 3" and not too fat maybe 18-20% which is ok for a lineman. I'm pretty strong however I've cut out my powerlifting lifts for now becaue of an aggrevated back. I've started cutting calories however I've never been able to lose my gut no matter how hard I tried to lose weight.
Any tips? my friend said the sauna will help with fat loss after a workout, and I run around 3 miles every other day.
Im gonna start doing some interval training, but I lost my routines, anyone know of any good interval training routines?
