Cycle Advice, not sure what to do, Need help!

Hey guys, i've been on Test E/Anavar for 4 weeks now and started taking T3 two weeks ago. Recently (shortly after starting the T3) i've been feeling like a tight throat sensation and i feel like if there is something in my throat where the thyroid is located and it feels uncomfortable, also I feel very lethargic and weak all day and tend to sleep a lot. Do you guys think I should stop taking the T3? Also if I stop taking the T3 will it hinder my weight loss process or should I be able to keep on loosing from here with the Test E/ Anavar + strict diet?

I did my blood work before, my TSG keveks were 3,12 mU/L and my total T4 was 5,9 ug/dL

Do you notice any body temp increase on the T3? Trust your source?
