Cycle advise info listed help needed ASAP!,,

Hi guys,

I'm new to this so apologies If I am posting this under the wrong section.

So I'm a 23 year old male, I have lifted for six years and have personally completed a personal training course my self.

I'm looking to gain some size I have a tailored diet and eat 6-8 times a day including shakes/a complex carb and usually a 25-35g of protein per serving.

I have tried and tried to up my calorie intake and protein intake but my metabolism is so fast I can eat whatever I seem to fancy (some call it good) however it's frustrating when I want to be a lot larger. If I stop training I just get skinny and loose muscle mass despite me cramming mad calories and protein levels down me !

My current stats are:
23 5'9" six years of good training 4-6 times a week. A good diet has helped me gain 25lbs in the last three years however I stopped gaining weight around 7 months ago

I currently weigh in at 192lbs

I have ran one oral course of dianabol last year which I reacted to well and I believe I kept 30% of my gains at a push with novadex as my PCT

My real question is.

What do I run to help me gain the size I need I'm not looking for 100lbs but a good 15-25lbs would help me over this physical block.

Also advise on cycle length/PCT and any other supplements would be appreciated greatly !!!

I current take daily glutamine,instant BCAAS,multivitamins, ZMA's and vitamin D

Reading stickies on first page would be a great place to start. Most would agree 500mg wk test is a great first cycle. Gona need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) too and nova for pct. pull up a chair, some great read in the stickies
 
so you cant gain muscle off cycle but think you can gain and maintain muscle after a cycle???
 
its simple. long ester test at 500mg/week for 12-14 weeks. post cycle therapy (pct) of toremifene for 4 weeks. PM me with any questions.

Not at all I respect what your saying but last time I managed to keep say 7lbs with a good diet and good aftercare so after a long rest and a good diet I may be able to gain a similar or larger amount post cycle which would take me past where I currently stand ?

Thanks for the advise I have done so,e reading and will continue to before I make a well educated decision I just wondered if with my metabolism it would be a different drug I was advised to take and if people had similar problems regards to weight gain off cycle.

For your first cycle you should jumpstart the cycle with 80mg of Anavar everyday, followed by 150mg of Trenbolone Ethanate for the first two weeks and then 500mg of Equipoise for the next 18 weeks.
