Cycle after Xmas

Hi all new here today, I am starting a cycle after Xmas and wanted to ask for some help/ someone to speak to before I start as I have no one else to speak to.

I'm 22 about 5'10 and weigh about 160 pounds.
I have been lifting for 3 years nearly, i love working out and I tend to go gym 5 times a week some times more some times less I works shifts so always changes, I eat probs 5 small meals a day and 2 shakes a day with grenade PWO, I have always been skinny, but this last year I have bulked abit but I'd say I still have the pretty boy ripped look.

I am wanting to do this CEL H-Drol 4 week cycle to see other sides of weight lifting and see how it goes for me, as I guess it could work a dream!

Here is what my cycle will look like please comment if its ok or could change, thanks a lot.


Preloading 2 Weeks:

Hawthorn 500mg Daily
Milk Thistle 600mg Daily
Multi-Vitamin Once A Day
Cod Liver Oil 1000mg A Day

4 Week Cycle:

CEL H-Drol 50/50/75/75
CEL Cycle Assist 8/8/8/8
Multi-Vitamin
Syntha-6
Cod Liver Oil 2000mg A Day
3000 Calories/Day
250g Protein/Day


P.C.T 4 Week:

Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
Creapure Creatine
DAA-Test Booster
Multi-Vitamin
Syntha-6
Cod Liver Oil 2000mg A Day
 
That sounds like a fairly solid plan to me, but then again I'm a new'bie to this whole PH thing. I think you might be a little excessive on the protein, and as for calories that depends on your end goal weight. If your end goal weight is 180lbs then you need to eat like a guy that weighs 180lbs right from the start and the same formula applies with protein intake. There are numerous calculators out there on the web and formulas to help you figure out the math. I personally like nutritiondata.com. It's pretty straight forward and is a great nutritional resource, period.

I'm going to add on creatine to my post cycle therapy (pct) as well this time. I think it might be a good way to keep mass once I'm done. And fish oil is always a good idea, no matter who you are or what your goals are. Make sure you measure yourself and maybe even do some photos before you start so you have an good record and can judge if your plan works.

Ok yeah I need to work out a proper diet while on cycle and after, I'm also going to add taurine because of these back pumps? How do they occur? I don't want a back pump on a 12 hour night shift...
Also I already have acne on top of my back and little on face, think I'm more prone to acne on cycle because I have it already? Thanks.
 
U really need to wait man. Once ur 24 it would be so much better. If u do go ahead with it up the nolva quite a bit. Extend the cycle to 6wks and try to a some kind if test base. Real tes or the ntbm topical stuff.

For what u wrote u still have a lot of learning to do.

You have any Test that you recommend and why please? Thought DAA would be ok to increase my Test.

you could use any test but for a cycle of 4 weeks or 6 weeks you'd need a fast acting test like Prop really and i feel this would be best, however you'd need to inject it eod and source it illegally, nothing wrong with that but if you dont have a source or any experiance it may be abit difficult for you. Could use a longer ester test i suppose but youd need to time it well.

Id personally reccomend RS-transaderm which i believe is the product Gymrat was reccomending, it is a topical cream that is available legallyand which you just pump and rub into your skin (no injections and pinning), its creates a test base and deals with any lethargy etc. It will help your gains and improve your cycle well and i would def include it.

If you do run this MAKE SURE YOUR DIET IS ON POINT if you want to keep any gains you might see. I also like to overlap post cycle therapy (pct) on the last day of cycle to give it alittle head start( im sure some will disagree with that)
 
Yeah my diet is defo ok, never stop eating, still waiting for my nolva so probs won't be starting this cycle till end of January.
Also went on the PH, do you feel different? Like within yourself (asif you on something you shouldn't be)

I still need to get my blood work done as well when I can be arsed to go down.
 
I have to give the kids props I liked seeing the multi vitamin I take centrum for men under 50 three times a week !
