cycle almost over

10 week cycle almost over, boo hoo
I am thinking of starting another in 2 weeks of deca and test. What are your thoughts. The first cycle added 15-18 lbs. Should I wait a bit or get after it?

if you had blood test done, and you are ok, go ahead...but i doubt 2 weeks is long enough for you to recover...

go by the addage of time off unless you get good blood results..

Continue to take it straight thrue or wait about another 10 weeks. Also how long do you plan on ding test and deca and what dosages would you be using?

12 week deca and test cycle

I have talked with a few other people already and they suggest taking at least a two month break also.

Any other suggestions? 750mg?

Nolvadex is part of the whole. You really need to read more before taking steroids. You need to learn about Hcg & Clomid, as well as anti-estrogens like Liquidex (Arimidex), Letrozole, etc. This board is a great place to learn. Use the search function and type in what you are looking for.

for your second... keep the test at 500mg and add deca at like 300mg... either keep going or wait a couple months... your post cycle therapy (pct) should take you 3 weeks so wait at least like 6 weeks after that...
