Cycle Diet & Critique CYP

Alright guys I am running 250MG TEST CYP 2x's a week.

I am currently running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x's a week 20iu

I am starting dex at .25 at week 3 throughout


2 weeks after last injection:

PCT NOLVA 20/20/10/10
CLOMI 50/50/50/50

What are you guys thoughts on Intermittent Fasting while running this?

For people who haven't heard it is leangains.com

I ran this while cutting.

Training 6 days a week.

3,000 cals a day.
40% Pro
40% Carb
20% Fats (healthy of course)

What are you guys thoughts.
Been a lurker for a long time.

First cycle btw.

Stats:
6'1
210 LBS
BF 13%
Training naturally 2 years straight been lifting 4 years.
Ran PH last year HDrol and EPI.

My test levels were 563 with free test at 11

I am 26 Y/O

Been an athlete my whole life. Football, wrestling and lacrosse.

Your cycle looks good actually bud. Calorie intake looks low though, but I'm no dietitian either. Im just thinking 3000 calories for a 210 pound guy is low for a test cycle.

I would atleast plan on increasing calorie intake as you go. I hear everyone talking about 3J too. I have not checked him out yet myself but it might be worth it for both of us, eh?

If I had rep power I'd rep you for life! Thanks a lot man I really appreciate it. I trie to do as much research as possible. I think I will actually up the calories by increasing protein. I am carb sensitive no lie I look like a bloated blowfish when carbs go above 200 g. Thanks a lot again man. By the way Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is pharm grade.
 
To be fair, your question is a bit confusing. Are you asking for cycle advice? Diet advice? Both? If both, I'd scratch the diet question and create a separate post in the diet section. I don't think you'll find many people around here who can even spell fastin...fast...fasteni... -- nope, I can't do it, either. I don't do the "F" word. I fucking eat. Especially while on cycle. But, yeah, run that question in the diet section and you may get more feedback.

The cycle looks like a sane, well thought cycle. Have fun.

What do you guys think about throwing Winstrol in at week 6-12

Not sure on dosage though.

Reason I ask is because my SHBG was 58 when I had blood work done which is reducing my overall free test naturally and I read some studies that showed winstrol reduced this...

dont add the Winstrol (winny). almost everyone here will agree with that. Winstrol (winny) is for competitive BBers looking to get around 5% or lower to dry you out. keep your cycle as is mate, more is not necessarily better
 
Looks good. Keep it plain and simple with the test. You should ramp up the calories by increasing the protein. Since you will be synthesizing more protein, the other nutrients are very important but the protein should be increased. I would also watch the carbs personally.
