cycle for weight loss while getting muscle mass

currently i am 255 lbs. about 13% BF. and 6'1".


i am looking for advice on this cycle. i was thinking of a few different possibilities but this one hit me after doing a little more research.

dbol, tren acet, sust, equi

cycle would go as follows

weeks 1,2,3,4----2 shots a week monday and thursday
35mg dbol per day
75 mg/shot tren acet.
250 mg/shot sustanon,
250 mg/shot equipoise,
25 mg proviron per day monday-friday
20 mg nolva per day
80 mg clen everyday

weeks 5,6-------3 shots a week monday, weds, sat

75mg/shot tren acet.
250 mg/shot sustanon,
250 mg/shot equipoise,
25 mg proviron per day, monday-friday
20 mg nolva per day
80 mg clen everyday

weeks 7,8------2 shots a week monday, thursday

75mg/shot tren acet.
250 mg/shot sustanon
250 mg/shot equipoise
25 mg proviron per day monday-friday
20 mg nolva per day

that would be total

weeks 1-4

35mg dbol daily
500mg sustanon weekly
500mg equipoise weekly
150mg tren acet. weekly
125mg proviron weekly
140mg nolva weekly
560mg clen weekly

weeks 5-6

750mg sustanon weekly
750mg equipoise weekly
225 mg tren acet. weekly
125mg proviron weekly
140mg nolva weekly
560mg clen weekly

weeks 7-8

500mg sustanon weekly
500mg equipoise weekly
150mg tren acet. weekly
125mg proviron weekly
140mg nolva weekly


wait 2 weeks and start pct!!

does anyone out there think this would be a good cycle for cutting fat and building muscle.

i did the tren becuase of the fat burning and building that it is capable of. while sustanon would give me some bulking over a period of time.

dbol would take effect almost immidiatly so i would get a pre kick into the cycle. and the equipoise i thought would be good for leaning up and and getting a quality muscle build up over the complete cycle and see my gains stay after i am off cycle.

well. i understand mostly that. but i do hear that tren is known for helping burning fat while dieting. and that will be kept in mind while on this cycle.

what would a good diet be would you think on this cycle. what does everyone think a calorie intake/ protien intake and anything else should be while running this much gear
 
I think you should post the same cycle over again and again........Oh wait, this is the 4th time you've already done just that.
 
its all about what you eat
i went from size XL to XXL same wight lost allot of fat

and its not all about cardio also,... some cardio will do the trick
3 time a week for 20 min
