cycle help

goin to start a cycle dec 1st...was thinking of doin

sust -750 a week
tren a -100 eod
var -40 ed

i have intensions of runnin this for 16 weeks any info would help

my stats are age: 29, 5'10" 185lbs 14%bf

my bf is a bit higher then it was in the spring but that is because my diet in the summer sucked lol... been eating clean for like 2 months again now and was hoping to get the bf% down to 10 or so .... i can also sub prop for the Sustanon (sust) if u fellas feel it is better...... any input would help

IMO, you dont need 16weeks to get from 14% bf to 10% my fav cut cycle is prop/masteron/var for 6weeks you can switch the masteron with tren a or primoblan but i like masteron alot, this shud easily get u below 10% bf provided that your DIET & CARDIO are in tact and consistent, remember its not the compounds that decide if its a cutter or bulker its the DIET, best of luck.
 
is this going to be your first cycle?

unless you're new and out of shape forget about gaining mass and losing fat at the same time (which i presume you're thinking by the high doses)

there's no need to kick your bodies ass with side effects from high doses when you can achieve the same results with lower doses

there is still no substitute for diet and cardio

What's your Age? Cycle and training history?
 
this will be my 3rd cycle first one was 600 mg test e a week for 12 weeks

second one was tren a 100mg eod and 600 mg test e a week and 500 mg eq a week for 16 weeks

i train hard 5 days a week doin HIIT for cardio 3 of those days and the other 2 i walk for 30 mins on the tread mill my diet is always intact while im training and on the gear... tren really helped me last time gain lean muscle while buring the fat too and the reason i thought of doin test p with the tren is just to keep the same injection schedule... the Anavar (var) i was just addin to help me "harden up" a bit more
 
IMO.....that's a fair bit of gear you've been runnin' and not even getting to 2 bills.

I'd suggest taking a good hard look at your diet and training.
 
i got up to 196 peak weight this is usually my diet while im training well last time i did a carb cycle for 3 months straight but normally this is my dailey routine and i mean every day

breakfest: 2 whole eggs 3 egg whites - protein shake

mid morning break: banana - bowl of oats

lunch: 2 8oz chicken breast with brown rice and a veggie stir fry

afternoon break: protein bar

dinner: for dinner i usually have the same as lunch just a bit bigger portion

evening snack: protein shake

if im still hungry after that i try to only have veggies or another protein shake


workout schedule is

monday: chest
tuesday:back
wednesday: off
thursday: shoulders
friday: bi's tri's
saturday: legs
sunday:off

i think maybe the reason im not packing on the pounds like crazy is becuase i so cardio 5 days a week

That's a lot of gear for your 3rd cycle mate. You should sort out what's going wrong and cut back.

You've not given amounts in your diet, so do you know how many calories a day your getting? and as to your trining, it looks like your doing to much to bulk to me. Cut the cardio and 5 days a week is to much, just do four at most. Also are your training properly in general? Give more detail on your training

Your either bulking or your cutting, what are you doing?
