hey guys this is my cycle

1-5 dbol 40mg/day
1-15 sus 500mg/week

i no i have other threads on this...this is going to be the thread i use..for my stats training an progress pics so far...im almost 1 weeks into my cycle :) i just finised cutting now im bulking clean well il keep yous people updated weekly on training and stats and il post pics each week here is a couple i just took
 
Damn, thats some stage material right here. You compete? whats your high weight and bf?

You mentioned before you will go 500cal over your TDEE right? Best of luck bro
 
I wouldnt be too worried about staying exactly as lean as you are now, or you prob wont gain as much as you could. you should have no problem getting right back to that anyway.
 
hey guys thanks heaps for the kin words...im 5'7 170lbs my legs have a bit to catch up il post a pc of them in the next 2 days...no i didnt diet while i was on...and this will be my 1st cycle apart from a Winstrol (winny) only cycle LOL thanks again guys

hahah i was waiting for someone to mention that lol i accually crushed it 4 weeks ago at the gym someone left a db under a free bench i moved the bench towards me not seeing the db i grabed my weights started doing db press for chest went to failure then bang droped the weights by my side and POP sqaushed my finger between the weights operation and i still have wire in it haha
 
hey guys so its been a week since i got my bodyfat done...and im weighing and writing down how much i weigh each week...i was consuming between 3000-4500calories a day the last week (i was having cheat meals) they will be cleaned up this week coming :) well last saturday (its saturday in australia) i was 164lbs and my skin fold were (stomach 5.5-6mm) (legs 5mm) (chest 1.75-2mm) this week i weighed 173lbs skin folds were (stomach 5.25mm) (legs 4.5mm) (chest 1.5mm) so i droped bodyfat and gained weight :) remember i was dieting prior to this and at 164lbs i was flat and depleted so of course i would have gained weight but i lost BF so that is a plus any way thats my little update thanks for reading

Stan you look good cut up brother. I told you before you got a great base to be starting AAS. Go all out and don't worry about staying as dry as you are. Trust me, you got your head on straight so don't get consumed with measuring bf. You can stay on a lean bulk but bf is going to go up a little and it's ok because it will come off later. Add the size and eat clean but make sure it's enough to grow.

This is what I love to see. Stan put in work before AAS and many guys are using them to try and get where you are now my man. Keep the log going and enjoy the cycle.

thanks mate will do not even gunna bother with bf% just go on look and monator my weight to see the gains aswell ive decided to change my white meat with red meat 3500calories is not enough i just figured out i droped a tonne of bf over night so had a cheat meal tonight and starting red meat 2morro im gunna just let this roll and enjoyit :)
 
hey guys here is a little update...the 1st pic is from 5 days ago when the others i 1st posted was taken and the 2nd pic is 1 i took tonight 5 days apart im into my 2nd week on cycle now i think its working already the dbol had kicked in after 9days lol i will be posting every saturday from now on :)
 
everythings looking good bro.. i still think ur gonna have to up those calories to bulk past 3500 but lets see how your body responds
 
thanks heaps guys...and 3j i just planed out a 3800 calorie diet with same foods ect just up my fat a lil bit so all good cheers for the help :) protein went up a little bit carbs stayd the same im on 350g carbs atm and im liking how i train and look on this amount protien is about 380g and fats at about 96g this is for about 3800 calories

hey...update bodyfat has come down in the last week im at the end of my 2nd week on cycle i know the dbol has started to work now the workouts are awsome i carnt wait until the sus has kicked in hard :) my weight last week weighed 173lbs i weighed my self last night and i weighed 177lbs that is a gain of 4lbs my diet is 3800calories 380protein 380carbs 84fat i think i need to get back with 3J and work something ese out lol my bodyfat is coming down but weight is going up i know ths is the perfect thing we all want but i want to fill out through this cycle get realy thick well il try to post pics tonight
 
for the few people following this thread im post stats and pics every 2 weeks now pic i took yesterday not to much of a change i acctually look leaner cause i am but i wiegh more lol im starting new calorie intake as of today...all thanks to 3J will see how this helps im gessing in a HUGE way :)
