the gains all depend on how your run your shit....you have to eat alot to support the new muscle....when your off low reps high intensity work outs are best...pct at the right time and run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through your cycle...you wont just keep gains, it takes alot of work
i get it, i eat as much as my tiny little ass can! i understand that gains wont just "stay", i bust my fucking ass, and plan to continue to do the same. for some reason though, i cannot understand the pct though, i know that makes me sound stupid, but i have read and read. i take the pcts they sell at nutrition stores, and they dont do as well as i would like. can you help me understand what Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is, how it works, and dosage please?!?!
