cycle update problem prop/npp/var..

hey guys im on the 8th week of my prop/var/npp cycle.. and im using prop at 100ed, npp at 80ed, and Anavar (var) at 60mg ed (started 2 weeks ago ) i have about 4-5 weeks left, and im not losing any weight around my waist.. i have been doing low carbs for about 10 days and my waist havsn't gone down or my bodyfat.. ive lost about 5-6 pounds (water) and im sitting at about 211 at 14% bf with 34 inch waist... my diet right now is 350-400 grams of protein, carbs vary but are from 50-100 grams (oats), and fats around 80-100(pb, oliveoil).. now tommorrow im suppose to carb up to 200-250 but i feel like i havent done anything so far.. ive also been on t3 at around 25-50 but now im bumping it to75 tommrrow, and clen is at 80mcg for the last 2 days.. any advice..? cardio is done postworkout for 20 min every session..? i do look leaner up top though.. as i see more veins in my chest but nothing around my waist which is where i want to lose the weight ..
 
Id be anxious to hear how you progress on this stack it's a perfect one at that.

I hear you on losing in the mid-section it's a tough one. 700mg's and over 500mg's of nandrolone might have you holding some water still even though their short esters they still retain water. Where you getting your protein from? Turkey, fish, eggs, top sirloin are great sources for lean gains if your not eating that already that is.
 
yeah everything ckn breast tuna wrap(low carb 4net), egg whites with turkey, 93/7 beef(once a day) cottage cheese/pb at nite.. and i dont understand it at all lol. im was worried about losing muscle but not at all i have kept all my gains from earlier on the lean bulk i did.. with those drugs.. i thought water retention would have been elimated with the t3, and because im on low carb.. im going to seee how this week goes with the t3 at 75mg and do all HIIT cardio instead of low intensity (130hr)
 
maybe b/c my carbs have been low i should have a cheat meal or high carbs tomorrow 250-300 my last high day was thursday where i had like 125... and mondays i usually have towards 200.. but maybe alittle more to get my metablism up but im nervous b/c i should have lost some of my waist by now.
 
1. up your t3 to 100 mcg ed and stay on it like that.
2. you are definitely right on upping your cardio, 20 mins pwo is weak, that wont do much of anything besides simply improving cardiovascular health. start doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for at least 45 minutes. you can do cardio pwo as well or later in the evening, i recommend 2 cardio sessions 5 days a wk if people are having problems losing.
3. drop your fat to 45g a day
4. dont mix your carbs and fats in meals. every meal should be carb/pro or fat/pro
5. test p, npp, and Anavar (var) dont help you lose weight.
the problem lies in your lack of cardio.
 
well i know they won't help my lose weight but they will leave me as im 8 weeks in will i still hold on to the gains ive made.. 295x7 on flat.. i dont want to lose that.. but if i lose maybe a couple reps thats fine if i can bring my bodyfat down 4 percentage points.. and i figured as much cardio i do i thought diet was the most important but sounds good ill try yours i stick to 75 for a lil bit because im nervous of too much muscle losss.. even though im on cycle.
 
and i agree to that point last summer i did alot more mourning cardio as to now im not doing as much as i used to and put it after my workout which i think its more effective first thing in the mourning using hiit
 
i wouldnt go above an hour in a single cardio session. i like 45 mins x 2 daily. and also, you will lose probably more than you would like once you come off. but get a solid pct a good diet and keep lifting heavy.
 
yea i plan on taking a week and remain on but taper down my t3 so my thyroid rebounds for PCT, and i have my creatine ready with nolva/clomid and im on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) now, and also i will run humalog at 7-8 iu's post workout with the creatine to hold onto my gains.
 
I believe if you do some recent searches on T3 in this forum you will discover that there is no need to taper down on the T3.
 
iwill check that then i will probably still have the week so my natural thyroid rebounds while on as opposed to 1st week of post cycle therapy (pct) so i dont have to worry about excessive fat gain when i have to eat the carbs.. therefore i can do hiit in the mourning and eat 350 grams a day for the 5-7 days and hopefully not store fat so thats recovered right into post cycle therapy (pct) to maintain .. make sense ? lol

weight 210 this mourning so down a pound and a half after a high carb day??? granted i did cardio empty stoamche and afteri lifted and raised the t3 up but it just feels like im losing size b/c i dont see it in my stomache and i feel like i mgoing to end up where i started last summer if i keep losing wieght but not fat from my midsection?? t3 is at 75mg clen at 100mg
 
when you cycle your carbs like that and up your cardio the glycogen stores in your muscles become depleted making them look flatter and smaller. your muscle fibers are the same size, they are just kind of deflated. keep throwing in a high carb meal every four or so days, it should help keep you full.

my bodyfat on the thing read 13.9% which is down about .5 on avearage but makes me feel better to see it go lower even though there not trustworthy..

heres what im saying...keep your carbs low (<80g) a day, primarily first meal post cardio and then post workout (40g twice). also trace amounts from fibrous green vegetables. on your carb load MEAL day, eat as you normally would throughout the day and then for dinner have up to 300g complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc.) then the next day go back to under 80g carbs. when cutting, you really dont need carbs preworkout, it definitely sucks though.
