I'm 23, 6 foot 205 ~13%. This is my third cycle and will most likely consist of the following (never know cuz I can never make up my mind)
1-10 Tren Enanthate 250mg Mon, 250mg Thurs
1-10 Test Ent 250mg Mon, 250mg Thurs
1-10 Anavar 50mg/ED
6-10 Winstrol (winny) 50mg/ED (might skip this)
7-10 T3
11-14 PCT
Here are my goals. I would like to decrease my bf to 6-8% while at least maintaing my present weight (5-10 pounds would be really nice addition) Should I run it 12 weeks or is 10 ok? I will be eating plenty of protien 2g/lg of LBM.
1. What should my carb/fat intake consist of?
2. Should I run it 12 weeks or is 10 ok?
3. How much cardio should I have to do to lower my bf? 2-3 time a week for 30-40 mins?
Any advice or suggestions are welcome. feel free to pick it apart if you want. I'm here to learn
