Ready to do a 12 week a strict “cycle for the beginner”
46 YR old body fat 15% goals: libido, strength, 10 lbs stamina mind you OT from work 20 wk
Pre 2010 185 lb doughboy never had been in the gym,, 155 lbs today leaned out and been weight training for six years’. I consume a high protein diet .
First and irresponsible and without knowledge blast and cruise 2014, blasted and cruised for 12 month averaging 400 mg wk, started pct march 2015 been natty ever since.

5 min cardio light warm up
Workouts early am so I could use some carbs at 330 am except later on the weekends
Wk. 1-7 Workout plan are 3 day split 2x a week compound movements 10-12 rep range except calves
chest/tri shoulder
hamstrings quads calves

Meal 1 3eggs/2.ozham/cheese/ ½ cup oats
Meal 2 6tbsp Peanut butter /Atkins bar chocolate peanut butter/ I***8217;m addicted to this meal
Meal 3 3oz ham/slice whole wheat/muenster cheese/ yogurt Greek

Meal 5 6oz crockpot boneless chicken /brown rice ½ cup/ or 6oz beef variations

This can use some finishing touches for sure, this is mostly what I eat year round minus meal 4 and the am post work out shake, Greek yogurt and oats***8230;95 % accurate year round.
 
How many time a week do you masturbate?
ok It looks like I cant counts correctly , that would be true sometimes yes ,I inputted food into fitness pal and it looks a big mistake has happened. those carb fats protein numbers don't jive , corrected numbers carbs fats proteins is 201/174/221 calories 3254

Looking for some suppport as my estradiol looks really high 92 taking 12.5 aromasin a day .
Some cholesterol issues, and im not sure how bad this 60 u/l AST score is with normal range is 10-40 which i believe it has to do with liver damage.
I only consume liquid aromasin, and ED pills. Quest Diagnostics

I have put on 5 pounds . muscles are fuller , and strength is gone up .
I have concerns with the lab as on my CMP panel AST from baseline to 6 wk lab increased 30 points baseline was 30 and now the 6 wk mid cycle it is 60 . the normal range are 0-40 according to the lab report.

Estradiol baseline lap report was 21, now the 6 wk mid cycle lab reports estradiol at 92 , I take ED 12.5 mg of aromasin. aromasin doesn't seem to control estrogen at what I have read should still be lower . The only idea I have come up with is to post this lab and also increase my dosage of aromasin to maybe 25mg ED , and/or lower my mg wk of test..

My Lipid panel I only have a report for the mid cycle to report but here it is

listen bro. and don't listen to me. i just got to give my input. the meals are not meals. peanut butter with a bar or a ham slice with wheat bread and munster won't make no turds. someone here can help you with that. i want you to relax and get rid of the rdw, baso, mota' nucleated this and that complicated sh*t. you are overthinking this. channel the scientific stuff into your workouts and how to train /eat there are some good bros here who can guide you if you ask. side note, don't let anyone try to sell you anything. ok. while typing all that your arms should be pumped. this is no disrespect to you dude. i just think you overthink and are taking the fun out of making progress. training six years before you tries a blast. i am impressed. you took a long time to get to where you are. your knowledge is useful to many i'm sure. you could make funds as there are people who want to know this kind of stuff. but it doesn't have to be a database. jmo. if anyone wants me to shut up i'm ok with it. someone with real knowledge help him to be at his best.

As I too was quilty of typing in hieroglyphics and haiku style posts AND I m to old to decode this shit w o an ENIGMA machine I will cease and desist to try to un fuck someone else s being a slack mf er and failing to take the time to capitalize properly , use proper grammar and or to use proper lexicon thereby qualifying for my input, responses and/ or add constructive criticism.
