Whats up bro's..ive been hitting my chest 5x5 and using incline d-bells as my main move..today i just finished 130 lbs bells and thats the highest my gym goes..i havent hit incline barbells in a while and was wondering if anyone has a rough estimate of how much weight the dbells equate too? would like to make a smooth transition and not miss a beat!!
