I am Canadian and this is embarrassing. Living in Canada and not knowing how to speak proper English is INEXCUSABLE. How can you live in Canada and not know how to speak English. I am in awe. And saying you live in Quebec is not a good enough excuse because everyone I have ever met or talked to from Quebec spoke English fluently.

I don't even want to get started on what I think of your cycle... If you think that the advice everyone is giving you in this thread is wrong then start an account on another forum and try asking the same questions and see what result you get...

you were right :) did my research again, here are part of what ive found on people trying 10mg/day


1)10mg a day is a great cycle if a very mild one is needed. I read somewhere that it increases your protein synthesis with 500%, dunno if it's during it's active time or around the clock though

2) My first cycle many years ago was 10mg russian Dianabol - methandrostenolone - daily for about 8 weeks. It was a good cycle; gained well over 10lbs and kept most of it . In addition to a solid diet and attitude in the gym, Dianabol - methandrostenolone - will almost always yield positive results IMO.

3) Ive been doing my own experiment the past 2 weeks using just 10mg of d-bol a day. To see if it helps in any way. I have not done a cycle at all prior to this one. Well do0d, I have to say that i have grown a little, Ive put 1/2 an inch practicly everywhere on me. My wife was the first to notice as i thought using that amount i wouldn't get anywhere. My lifts also have seen a little increase as well nothing major but it got me past a plateu. If your looking for mass i dont recommend 10 mg id say go with more. But if you're just looking to get past a RUT in ya training then go for it.

5) However, 10 mg, in my experience, improves overall workout Performance, energy, strength, mass. Ove a long period of time, results are visible, with no bad side effects. No post cycle therapy (pct) required. I have kept the gains from that experiement, it requires harder work at the gym, but it does the job.

Firstly a dose of 25mg or more commonly causes water retention.
Reducing the drug during a cycle would lead to estrogen levels dropping slowly, so we should start the cyclewith a lower dose of 10-20mg each day.
Now if we look at cycle duration, 4-6 weeks seems too short to have any real effect at a low dose, but how can we use dianabol for longer without placing more risk on our liver? The solution is actually quite simple; by taking weekends off from the drug we will give our livers a break from processing the drug. Due to the short half-life any active substances will be out of our system within 24 hours of your last dose, now this may seem like it will cost you gains, but in actual fact it will cost you little or no losses in the long run as even though there is no active drug in the body the effects are still present i.e. extra intramuscular water, and a more anabolic mineral balance. These effects usually taper off over several days. This method will not however, help your naturaltestosterone to return from its inhibited state, as this process can take considerably longer. If we take weekends off and use a lower dose, we should in theory be able to use dianabol for 10 weeks with no problems. A simple bit of mathematics can show this point best:

Here is where things get interesting.

The 10mgs of dianabol will cause a testosterone
spike WHICH COINCIDES WITH the testosterone
released ENDOGENEOUSLY in the AM by the testes.

The body will be partially fooled.
It will not entirely detect the increased levels of testosterone
(above the normal test sipke), thus lh - leutenizing hormone - function WILL
REMAIN only partially(Very little actually) suppressed.

In other words, he is "piggy-backing" an extra dose of testosterone on top of the endogeneously reduced one,
thus creating an "inflated" test spike.

Henceforth, lh - leutenizing hormone - levels WILL BE ALLOWED TO SLOWLY
RECOVER over time.
Also, dballs anti-catabolic effect will help curb protein-loss
in the morning from low insulogenic levels.

Les dosages quotidiens de 60 mg sont habituellement le résultat de l'ignorance de l'athlète ou sont pris en désespoirde cause,60mg/day dose is result of ignorance puisque chez quelques athlètes, dû à la prise en continu de stéroïdes, rien ne semble plus être efficace.

10mg could be enought, but ill go with 20mg/day to get better result and keep it short

you funny guys :) first when I came here, ive got my idea done, wnat to try this cycle, just need help about liver protection and PCT

after a while, you made me think twice about it. but I see im not apreciate here

so yeah, ill keep you inform of my progress anyway, but ill maybe start in a while, with school I didnt train like I wish last month ( sometime 5 time a week, sometimes 2...)

so about in a month probably
