did my research again, here are part of what ive found on people trying 10mg/day
1)10mg a day is a great cycle if a very mild one is needed. I read somewhere that it increases your protein synthesis with 500%, dunno if it's during it's active time or around the clock though

2) My first cycle many years ago was 10mg russian Dianabol - methandrostenolone - daily for about 8 weeks. It was a good cycle; gained well over 10lbs and kept most of it . In addition to a solid diet and attitude in the gym, Dianabol - methandrostenolone - will almost always yield positive results IMO.

3) Ive been doing my own experiment the past 2 weeks using just 10mg of d-bol a day. To see if it helps in any way. I have not done a cycle at all prior to this one. Well do0d, I have to say that i have grown a little, Ive put 1/2 an inch practicly everywhere on me. My wife was the first to notice as i thought using that amount i wouldn't get anywhere. My lifts also have seen a little increase as well nothing major but it got me past a plateu. If your looking for mass i dont recommend 10 mg id say go with more. But if you're just looking to get past a RUT in ya training then go for it.

5) However, 10 mg, in my experience, improves overall workout Performance, energy, strength, mass. Ove a long period of time, results are visible, with no bad side effects. No post cycle therapy (pct) required. I have kept the gains from that experiement, it requires harder work at the gym, but it does the job.
