Hey guys i just finished up my first cycle of methandienone 10 mg. I started right off on 20 mg. a day with just a full morning dose. Felt better than I've ever felt for the first 3 weeks. In fact i was even worried i would run it to long just because i felt so good while taking it. Getting close to the 5th week i started feeling really short of breath and having minor chest pains especially while lifting. Around that time also i started feeling some really bad depression. I was driving and had an extreme "anxiety attack" I went to the E.R. thinking i was gunna die i tapered it down and started PTC. The depression didnt stop and neither did the attacks. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone and if i made any possible mistakes. The d-bol cycle might not have even had anything to do with it but ive never experienced this prior to taking it. Ive got some sus for another cycle in a couple months plus another 100 tabs of d-bol but i doubt ill take it. maybe juice just isnt for me? any suggestions
bro...I've had lots and lots of anxiety attacks... probably due to the TWO divorces in the last 6 years. In one of the anxiety attacks, I was actually paralyzed and my hands were even locked into a crab like pincer position. I've gone to the hospital like 7 times for anxiety attacks. BUT eventually somebody told me that they were anxiety attacks and I started reading online about them. It's about controlling your breathing, understanding that it's an anxiety attack, taking a HOT bath or shower, etc.
Now I haven't gone to the hospital for anxiety attacks for about 2 years. If one is coming on, I recognize it, and deal with it. If you believe it's an anxiety attack and handle it, you won't think you're having a stroke or heart attack. The worst that can happen with an anxiety attack is you will pass out. I've never gotten that far, but the time I became paralyzed was probably just a few minutes short of losing consciousness.
I think that some of us are very aware of our bodies and certain feelings, and if we get any weird feeling like a sharp pain or weird, unexpected tingle, it starts to send us into a panicked state. We think we might be experiencing something like a heart attack or stroke... and then that makes it worse and worse...
That's a small amount of d-bol to be taking... I recently was spraying 50mg twice a day into my mouth and felt awesome, but your system could be different.
I feel like ibuprofen, aspirin, and benadryl can bring on anxiety attacks for me... my heart starts racing, breathing starts getting fast... but I acknowledge it and deal with it. Maybe you're taking a supplement that is causing increased breathing or heart rate. I wouldn't think d-bol would do that.
Anyway... feel free to message me anytime... I've been through it. EKGs etc... and never any problems. What a waste of money to go to the hospital for an anxiety attack even though you think it's a heart attack or stroke!!!!
Talk to you soon.
