When I used it like this I was running test e at 750mgs a week and 60mgs of dbol ed. I weighed approx 250-260 at 6' and loved the dbol.
With 50 a day, I'd do 10 in the AM. 30 one hour pre workout. 10 in the PM.
I was doing 60mg a day and using this type of schedule and loved it. The 30 before the gym was great. If you find that you pump/cramp too easily, I would back off the 30 pre workout.
