Today I was reading about an old school friend who has over the past 2 years started hitting the gym hard and became pretty ripped. She had won a couple of contestants and models for gym wear. In an interview she mentioned that leading up to anything major she uses D-Fine 8. Has anyone heard of this and used it before? If so, how good does it work with your normal gym routine....as in making no changes to your routine whilst taking it? Also, when would be the best time to take....30 mins before a session or first thing in the morning? Sorry for all the questions, but feedback would be great. Thanks guys
