on my first cycle i ate 2 x as much food as your diet-but i ate all good shit-brown rice chicken shrimp fish you know "good stuff"
i didnt gain a pound-i got strong as hell and shredded fat-which i was ok with at that time. i pissed out 8lbs of water 3 days into PCT-and learned a valuble lesson.
the lesson was your diet is just another cutting diet-nothing more
