I'm listening, I just knew everything that was said about diet lol. that is all. And I also know that "shrimp and tuna are gay foods" is worthless, as they are both almost pure protein. which is the most important macronutrient when you wanna build muscle.

all i hear is protein protein protein-which yes you need it to build muscle-but how many people do you know that gain weight on an atkins diet?

you need carbs, saturated fat, good fat, bad carbs, good carbs you need it all buddy-eating a bucket of shrimp just aint gonna do it-i dont care what the book says
 
so build naturally if ya gain fat on food you yes you are probably gonna gain fat on roids so what is the point fat = fat even to this retard doing the math

Well thats not what most ppl here have been saying. (and everywhere else for that matter.) gains are mostly muscle on on roids.

Well my understanding is that you get water bloat muscle and still can gain fat, according to u with out roids you naturally get fat off a bulk diet so on roids I d say you probably will get fat too... I may be wrong, but I can admit that..

well Alot of ppl would disagree with you on that ratio. you know this is not the only dieting and steroids forum. yah I said good fat a million times, so there you have it I never said you needed only protein to grow .

Ok Ive had enough of this, look dude, do you agree with me that on a bulking cycle without steroids you would typically gain more fat than on a bulking cycle with steroids? (if you gain the same amount of weight on both cycles)
