no, no, no.....your first cycle should be test, and test only. no dbol at all yet. try a 500mg a week @ 250mg every three days of Test E., that is a starter cycle. be sure to have your pct ready, and anti e on hand just in case. i wouldnt even think about dbol only for a cycle, much less for a first cycle. do more research......what are your stats?
your body makes testosterone naturally man, it is the most basic and simple cycle you can possibly conceive of.
it is also a necessary hormone for your body to function naturally and normally. sure, blasting the levels up high throws off hormonal balance and more converts to estrogen which can also have its side effects... but you can use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to help control that if it becomes an issue.
using dbol will make your body stop producing testosterone entirely. you may be fine, you may have no issues, everyone's body is different. but here are some common issues people have:
erectile dysfunction - mood swings, depression and other emotional issues - fat storage
etc.
in addition to it NOT having several of the side effects commonly associate with orals like liver damage, etc.
why wouldn't you want to keep this crucial hormone, as rj put it, the hormone that makes you a man, in your system during a cycle? it is only the most important aas you can put into ANY cycle, regardless of your goals.
just wondering why you don't want to use it? i'm assuming you're afraid of injections and/or think that on principle anything requiring injections is hardcore and orals are like the more chilled out less potentially harmful side.

so ezred, you are right. i was thinking that an injection was a bit more hardcore than tabs. but it isnt? and test eh.. im 25, arent my test levels still somewhat high as it is?
I will be dosing 20mgs a day. 9am and 5pm. I am using milk thistle and an estrogen blocker, I have only ever used the natural supps (creatine, whey protein, beta alanine ect..) Any advice would be helpful, what have you found to be the best working post cycle therapy (pct)? I am only using short cycle, 4 weeks. so 20mgs a day, and ill taper down the last six days. 15, 15, 10, 10, 5, 5.

As far as diet goes, nothing is set, before training ill eat something like peanutbutter and banana sandwiches, something with a descent amout of fat too it so that burns during workouts, I lean towards proteins afterworks outs, things suck as lots of chicken or tuna. An deffinaley many carbs for dinner like pastas.
Training 4 days a week. mon, tues, thurs, fri.
And I know you reccomend a test only cycle for first cycle. but later on what if I just took test booster tabs with dbol?
