Dbol pre-workout on training days, split dose on off days?

Hi.
Let's say 30mg dbol a day for 4-6 weeks and assuming its in the middle somewhere off a 500mg/w test e cycle where the test has already built up. On workout days you take the whole 30mg dose before training and on off days you split it up throughout the day in 3 10mg doses. Would it be too much off a rollercoaster? Would the dbol work as well when you are taking the whole dose, meaning it's out of your system before you take another one? What i've read is that people are reporting better strength gains when taking the whole dose a couple of hours pre-workout but for a bodybuilding perspective it would be more beneficial to split the dose, which is only logical to me. Goal would be mainly strength but also size since they go hand in hand, therefor the idea for this dosing came up. Training is 4 days a week, so 3 rest days where you just eat and grow, so taking the dose throughout the day seems more beneficial on those days where on training days strength is the main goal.
 
i don't think there's any hard facts or science on this issue. the answers you're going to get are going to be mostly bro science. what works for one person may not work for the other. i'd say try it if you want. that's the best way to tell.
 
when i was doing dbol, i would take 40mg 2 hours before training everyday and i can't say it would of been different if i had taken it at other times but i felt the pump when i was in the gym
 
no no no, and no again...

split the dosage 2 or 3 times over the day, everyday, training or not... dbol is NOT a stimulant, just doesn't work that way bro
 
Never underestimate the placebo effect. If you believe taking it before working out will work, maybe it will...FOR YOU.
 
Split it up or not - either way is OK.

However it should be taken on an empty stomach - any oral anabolic steroids with food can decrease its bioavailability.

This is caused by the fat-soluble nature of steroid hormones which can allow some of the drug to dissolve with undigested
dietary fat reducing its absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.

Steroidal hormones taken orally are better absorbed with amounts of dietary fat, not the opposite. A perfect example is exemestane, which while it is an ai it actually has a fat soluble steroidal structure and its absorption is increased up to 40% when taken with sources of dietary fats, same holds true with fat soluble vitamins and you guessed it, oral anabolics.
The thing is, there is little clinical significance when it comes to effectiveness, so I would not sweat the small stuff in this case.
 
I really believe that the buzz some people talk about when taking D-Bol pre-workout is just psychological. if it works for you, then keep doing it. same as people saying they got stronger in 2 or 3 days on D. sorry, all in your head in my humble opinion. my 2cnts.
 
Chances are time spent worrying about details like this would be better spent worrying and tweaking other things. I dont think it makes a difference in the big picture but hey if the dbol makes you feel better working out take it pre, pumps on dbol can be a bitch for me and detract fro my workouts at times. To each his own.
