Methandrobol 5mg, little round pink tablets, are these real or fake please?

hi, recently got these tablets from a friend at my gym, apparantly they worked well for his mate, i am taking 50mg a day, they are making me feel hungry and i feel like i am recovering faster and having some gains but not sure weather or not its psychological i'm a bit sceptical about them, would appreciate your opinion, thanks!

another pic wouldn't show much more what you see is what you get.... little round pink tabs, no markings on thhem at all!!
