Ok so i posted a while back about this stack, got the doses straight and im ready to start
dbol to 40mg(2weeks then might bump up, total of 4 weeks)
test at 500/12wk (split in 2 pins)
deca at 400/12wk (split in 2 pins)
My question would be, when and where to pin nd take pills ... Can u mix TestE nd Deca in the same syringe nd then pin?
Here is my plan
Dbol 20mg am, 20 mg before workout (if i bump add more to pre)
TestE/Deca(If i can mix) Monday and Friday in am
If not
TestE Monday nd Thursday
Deca Tuesday nd Friday
I only pin in glutes, done leg and couldnt walk, arm i dont dare unless somebody else does it (my chest is kinda big so hard to reach that 90degree)
Bonus: Creatine? Anybody? Lol i never taken but got a shitload sitting around, i read how u do the load up for a week at 25g a day and then 5g a day to maintain ... Any thoughts?
Ill be taking as supplement
100% Whey (pre and post)
100% Casein before bed
Multivitamins
Liver Protect
As work out is 3 days heavy lifting, lot of Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Presses, etc etc similars to the MadCow 5x5
3 days HIIT nd abs(weighted)
And diet
semi,high carb on lifting days 3,500 cals
Medium on cardio and abs 3,000 cals
High protein
My stats 5'11 195lbs 10% BF 25 years old
Been lifting for about 6 years
And im on my 3 cycle ... So yeah that pretty much should wrap it up
I will start a clean thread with pics and updates every week or 2 so stay posted if u wanna see how it goes
