Yes Cobra is spot on - remember you grow outside of the gym.
Your muscles repair and grow on your off days too.
I'm taking 50mg Dbol a day and at first was splitting it into two until I read a post by THE DET OAK - he recommended taking the 50mg's all at once - once a day at least to the response of the OP.
If it's good for DET it's good for me - but you might want to use the search feature to find that post just to confirm it.
So that's what I've been doing - and it's working out great - I'm fighting a cold at the moment and will be taking a few days off but I'll still continue the Dbol on those days as well.
