Can I get some opinions? Is it ok if I dont take dbol on my off days. I typically work three on and one off. Would not taking it for that one day drop my levels to much and negate the next day. I just wanted to stretch out what I have.

You must take dbol every day due to the short active life of of about 6-8 hours. Should take it at least twice per day also. Skipping days would definitely effect your levels. Also if you aren't running test along with it, dbol alone is a bad choice.
 
just cause your not working out doesnt mean you dont take shit. You always take your shit. The gym is only 10% bro...its what you do outside the gym that really matters!!

So if you want 50 mg daily as a kickstart to your test for the first few weeks, are 50 mg pills a bad choice, since you obviously could take them only once a day?

Go to the drug store and buy a pill splitter. Very cheap and usefull.
 
50mg pills suck. You would have to split them into some small ass pills...I run 10mg (50mg/ed) every 4-6 hours for 6 weeks.

Your muscles repair and grow on your off days too.

I'm taking 50mg Dbol a day and at first was splitting it into two until I read a post by THE DET OAK - he says you can take the 50mg's all at once.

So that's what I've been doing - and it's working out great - I'm fighting a cold at the moment and will be taking a few days off but I'll still continue the Dbol on those days as well.

By the way Cobra the picture in your avatar looks like your making great progress - well done :)

If it's good for DET it's good for me - but you might want to use the search feature to find that post just to confirm it.

Im gonna have to read that det-oak thread on the dbol. Ive always figured that keeping it at even doses was better for your blood levels...thanks for the tip!

Here's the link Cobra - I don't think I was clear in my last post - he recommends splitting it up throughout the day when you have them in a smaller dose form.

He says with the 50's you can take them once a day but it looks like splitting it up would be the best option if possible.

I'm going to edit my last post so I don't confuse anyone with that...
