DC training vs split

Would dc training be considered full body or more of a upper/lower body split? and which routine would you think is better for strength/hypertrophy DC training or 4day split

i was currently on 4day split - 2on 1off (high volume)
chest tri
back bi
rest
shoulder trap
legs

been reading about dc and thinking about doing it.... dc routine would look like this-
(low volume 1 working set but with rest pause two times)

Monday: chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, back thickness

Wednesday: biceps, forearms, calves, hamstrings, quads

Friday: repeat of Mondays body parts
Monday: repeat of Wednesdays' body parts

if your goal is to build muscle, your current routine is MUCH better... it all depends on your personal goals. I consider myself a bodybuilder, the second routine u list out doesnt seem to meet the needs of a bodybuilder in my mind
 
with the second one you hit the body part more frequently anyone tried both and know which one is better for muscle gain

oh and i think dc training is considered two way split not full body
