DC update :D

just an update for all you people familiar with DC...

in 5 weeks ive put on about 13 lbs. im at 253 right now. im leaner than i have ever been, i have more vasculatity in my arms... and im 100% natural :)... all my weights in my lifts have gone up, so im stronger, bigger and leaner. oh, and i eat EVERYTHING i love it... in the past 5 weeks, ive eaten at least 400 chickens, and 10 cows... lol i get whole chickens and just eat them..

and then all the protein shakes :) about 6-7 meals a day, and it works :)

bro you be proud of me. i am doing something sim to a dc routine. you know i had to modify it though. i can only get to the gym 2 times per week so thats the big differnce. i split oit up a little different too.

chest, shoulders, tris, bis and forearms

back and legs.

all reps cept for bench in the 15-20 reps. bench is 10 right now. shoulder is acting up again a little. oh and my back work is still low rep but legs is 20 reps for pushing movements and 15 reps on the reverse hyper.

can i be a member of the you club now? huh? can i?

Can you write down you're routine? Those are the only 2 workouts you do ?

oh im eatin, and im broke as all hell... 7 meals a day, green tea makes me sweat my ass off at work, get gas from all the protein i eat... but damn i love every minute of it lol

ive started making a lot of my own stuff, like sauces, pasta, alllll high protien :) i put protein powder in EVERYTHING now its great! i make some killer bbq sauce lol

1.5 lbs hamburger or 1lb hamburger and 1/2lb italian sausage.

mix meat, 1 egg, 1/2 cup parmasian cheese, 1/4 milk, lots of garlic (fresh if you can) oregano, parcley, crushed red pepper, a shot of extra virgin olive oil and a shot of baslamic vinegar. mix thouroughly and make meat balls the size of golf balls. (like my nuts used to look) fry um up in a skillet with olive oil and garlic.

sauce. add olive oilo and minced garlic to the pot and brwon slightly. add ( i make a big pot so you can scale it back) 2 28oz cans of cruched tomatoes, 1 28oz can od diced tomatoes and 1 6 oz can of tomato paste. add oregano, parcley, 2 bay leaves, crushed red pepper and stir.

when you meat balls is done pour them and the grease in the pot with the sauce. cook on low heat for at least two hours. stir occassioanlly.

put this over your favorite pasta and walla, heaven on earth.

cook ya a loaf of italian bread and here's my recipe for dipping sauce.

in a small pot brown garlic in oilive oil. once it is brown add more olive oil. paramsean cheese, baslamic vingar, spices listed above and one bay leaf. cook on a very low heat for 1-2 hours. dont be shy with chees and garlic. this is incredible for dipping.

now send me 20 bucks for my PBs world famous spaghetti recipe.

side laterals 1 x 20
cale push downs 1 x 10
db curls 1 x 8
hammer 1 x 8

rack pulls 1 x 5
seated cable rows 1 x 6
reverse narow grip pull downs 1 x 6
hack squats 1 x 20
reverse hyper 1 x 15

all of these are done with a weight that i am at failure on the last rep or very near. this is a routine for me that is totally differnt than i am used to. in-human may tweek it for ya.

ok so dont poor the grease in the pot. but all that flavor will be lost.

A will prolly have a stroke when he reads it. hey thats a god idea. post away boy wonder.
 
i can see pee wee herman now riding off into the sunset and then falling off his bicycle head first. cause of death PBs sketti sauce. =0) brilliant, just freakin brillaint
