Dude, you try out some natural products. Try out some Tribulus Terrestris and see how it helps. It really helps give a nice T kick. It's not packed full of stupid manufactured medicines because it's an herb that grows. You can get some from your local supplements store. Also, I would recommend heavy lifting and cut out some cardio for a while if you are doing any.
No offense, but "natural" supplements raise endogenous levels by a few points, that's it. As the OP has hypogonadism, they literally won't do anything for him as there is a disconnect somewhere in his HPTA. Nebido, while I don't care for the ester used, is bioidentical testosterone - which just can't be beat when it comes to getting test levels back up to snuff.
to be honest, I have spoken with about 6-7 endocrinologists and none of them want to help because they really dont understand testosterone, how it works and how to help me so they were using the excuse of "its still within normal ranges" but now when it's dropped under the range they have no excuses left. But when talking to them they just follow the basic protocol "tests are under the range, so prescribe a insurance covered medicine". In this situation I have to know more than them because they may screw me up and not take fault for it
I'm really surprised that your doc is so quick to put you on nebido and hasn't offered cypionate or enanthate. Long times between shots tends to make us feel crappy as we see a roller coaster effect where we peak really high, followed by a crash before the next injection. I would talk to them about cypionate/enanthate (both are testosterone just like nebido) but have a much better half-life and need to be injected once per week or twice a week if you so desire. I can't say for certain if this will fix all your problems as there is much more to a man's libido, but having healthy levels of testosterone is certainly one of them.
As Symbio mentioned, has your doctor even looked at your pituitary/adrenals/thyroid/testes? If you have secondary hypogonadism, this could be treated by simply fixing whatever underlying issue is causing the suppression of endogenous testosterone. By the way, nebido is usually done for financial reasons as it's a patented esterfied testosterone. Which kind of gives me an idea where your doctor's true interests lie.
Also, please be sure to keep an eye on your estradiol levels. This can make you feel even more sick if left uncontrolled as estradiol (a potent form of estrogen) will invariably rise with the increase of testosterone. This can be controlled with aromatase inhibitors if needed, but that of course depends on if blood work shows that it is needed. Many doctors have no clue just how important this is, so be vigilant in this regard.
Be patient, you will start to feel better eventually even if you have to jump through some serious hoops to get the care you deserve. I've personally been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for almost 4 years now and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Best of luck to you.

Edit: Dahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, you guys got me to reply to an older thread. Well, hopefully the OP is still around and doing better by now.
