Dead Lift Help!

On my back day, I always do DL first while the back is fresh. For some reason I'm stuck at my current weight i'm using. All my other back exercises i continue to go up in weight (bent over rows, pull downs, db rows, etc), any advice I can use to get past this?
I work out 4 days on 2 off, so my back workout is once a week.

have you tried rack pulls? they're great for dl sticking points....

Not neccessarily, and if you do them make sure you are below the knee.

If you are weak off the floor try pulling from a 3 inch platform, deadlifts will stall eventually from doing deads alone. You need to work the glutes and hams hard after a while. Pullthroughs, dimmel deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, GHR's if you have access to them. Rack pulls can be good, but a strong ass will help you on your lockout as well.

Thanks for the advice. Once I feel my grip going, i'll then use wrist straps. My ab work right now is only once a week. I'll switch up the routine and try some off of a platform which we have. Its frustrating because all my other lifts, i'm going up in weight except my DL

Work some crappy hours, 12 hour shifts, but my training is better than ever. I've gained 8lbs of natural muslce, getting some good sleep and decent food, so I can't complain other than i'm not in the Good Old US of A. This country is a disaster waiting to happen, no one with any rank will admit that its on the brink of civil war. To many good soldiers are dying.
