deadift routine

hy bros, a few weeks ago i hurt my shoulder in a fire so i can do any pree movements (bench or shoulde) so i,m looking for a good deadlift program, can an hook me up thanks.
 
Welcome aboard bro. Give this a try

Deadlift Day - Regular Deadlift 5x5 or 8x3, High Pulls, Roamian DL. If you can bent over rows.
 
DL..work up to a single
rows...3x10
abs...5x5


3-4 days later:
squat...work up to a single
SLDL...work up to a triple
GM's...2x5


Start 70 lbs below your max on DL. Each week add 10 lbs. After 8 weeks you'll be at your old PR. Keep adding weight and hitting pr's until you stall, then start over again.

Weight is cycled in the same way on the squats and SLDL's.
