Everytime i do them it seems my back rounds no matter how hard i try especially when i do stiff legged deadlifts. What are some keys to keep your back from rounding? Also, can you bend your knees like you were pulling something striaght up off the ground and then pull backwards using your back and hips. Let me think of a examplke liek when you work in a warehouse and your lifting somethin heavy you do like a miny squat, but hten at the end and upper motion youd pull back and drive your hips forward, is this form ok?
