Bible salesman.
I decided to work hams and quads on the same day. Haven't done this workout in a couple years. My plan is heavy quad light ham one week, heavy ham light quad the next. I am thinking of doing 2-3 exercises for each muscle group, 3-4 sets each. Heavy days do 5 reps and light days do 10 reps. What do you guys think?
