Deadlifts on leg day or back day?

When is it best to hit the deadlifts? on leg day or back day?

Also which one is better for overall mass, stiff leg deadlift or normal deadlift?
 
there are 2 styles of deadlifts (one where you bend with knees and other when you only bend at waist) and can be used on both days.
 
tman which one is better stiff legs? or bending the legs? and why? oh Ive never done them I guess bending works for quads,

you will involve more muscles when you do the conventional dead.

i always do sldl's on leg day because they are a great hammy exercise. slightly bend the leg when doing these. don't lock your leg straight.
 
I do Deads on a separate day so it doesn't conflict with my split.

So,

Mon: Squats
Tues: Bench
Wed: Back
Thurs: Rest
Friday: Bis + Tris
Sat: Deads + Shoulders.

ive met barry a few times, he shows up at this club i like to go to sometimes in Novi, he is very short.........and doesnt talk much at all.

last time i saw him he was still driving the same piece of shit explorer i saw him pull up to the silverdome games in..........
