hay im 181cm, 86kg and 22 years old. i have pretty good nutri and train 4-5 days a week. wer i live it is shit hard to get gear and i was able to pick 15ml deca-50. i have very limited time to the internet and unable to do heaps of research but have done alittle. im fully aware of wat can happen if take wrong and abused. im aiming to bulk. do i have enough? wat else do i need? i have read some places that you need test e but other places iv read say u dont need it? wat would be the best way to utilise wat i have? chhers
