Deca and Sus (Weight gain has stopped after 1st week!!) Any suggestions????

Hey guys, im new on here and was wondering if anyone could help. I started of injecting deca and sus every 4days, gaind 5lbs in the 1st week but my gains simply stopped there. Increased the dosage at the end of the 2nd week to deca EOD and deca and sus still every 4days. Im at week 5 now but haven't still gained any more weight. Beginning of this week (week 5) started to take 30mg of dianabol ED. Hope this will make me gain weight but worrid this may just be water.
Diet Meal 1: 2eggs 3toast n tea
Meal 2: protein shake
Meal 3: Jacket potatoe
Meal 4 protein shake
Train and then Meal 5 another protein shake
Meal 6: Tuna sandwichs

Really struggling here and training so hard, any help you guys can give will be greatly appriciated.
 
man-you got to slow down-you are not being patient enough-the Sustanon (sust) is going to take 4-6 weeks for all the esters in it to be active-same for deca

how much are you taking of each a week?
 
bro just eat eat eat! you gotta make sure that your eating between 4500-5000 calories a day!
 
1. your diet sucks. flat out. Youre not gonna gain anything following that meal plan, steroids or not.
2. the weight you gained in the first week is water retention, not muscle.
3. its gonna take 4-5 weeks before you start putting on quality pounds but thats not gonna even happen unless you fix #1.

Thanks guys- i serioulsy didnt think i would get a reply as quickly as i did. This is my 3rd cycle. But my 1st this year. Gained weight with alomst exactly the same as this diet.

This course deca is at 400ml and sus 500ml.
Some weeks varies as im injecting EOD as mentiioned.
 
i never see weight gain till week 5 or so eat three tomes as much as you have been one meal for me almost equals what you eat all day
 
U need to increase Ur caloric intake Imo.

Thanks for your reply- I dont c where i could add any more calories- im eating every 2 1/2 hours. At the moment im taking reflex instant mass/ value 4 money and gives me enough calories. What do you suggest
 
I suggest MEAT!!! Steaks, Venison, Buffalo, anything that has FLESH!!!
 
make your meals bigger! in each meal there isnt enough calories! you need to increase your calouries, but also make sure you increase both your protein and carb intake, try to get 300grams of each protein and carbs a day, and if you eat that much i promise the size will come!

no offense but your diet sucks, and your in week 5 with a long ester, that's to soon to be getting worked up. chill out and EAT MORE

I'm laughing - In 4 more weeks, he's gonna want to know how to slow down. Holy shit man, in week 5 for me, I just took off - it was amazing. Overall I have gained 40 pounds this year in only 2 cycles.

lol as they say 'patience is a virtue' fuk me but i aint got this virtue lol. Thanks for all ur input guys.
 
The biggest thing that I see in the diets that people post is all the protein shakes. That is a supplement people and should be taken as 1. You have to eat food and as Biggin says meats and shit with substance. 1 shake a day is about all that should be taken...
