Deca Durabolin Dosage

Hello everyone

today i went for my second dose(in ma entire life) of deca 50MG

And the doctor said "do u know its ur second dose in this week"
i said "Yes"

then he gave me a freaking look...& said its an steroid 100MG per week is lethal for you

in My mind i said ->

then he asked me to consult dietasian
im already having a VERY heavy diet

pls suggest me about dosage about deca..like how much in week

GOOGLE search says 100MG per week is mildest of mildest dose of deca durabloin

First off,..Deca Durabolin(Nandrolone Deconate) should NOT be run on its own. It's not lethal, unless you're talking about your dick...you mentioned Google,..try "deca dick",..see what the search brings up..better yet search these forums.
Next,..before you get any advice, the members on this board that you're asking help from will require your stats...i.e.
Height
Weight
Age
Years lifting
Diet(more specific than "very heavy")

Such a big hype up over deca dick.

Ive used deca on its own in the past and got no deca dick, sex drive was through the roof aswell. Got good strength and size gains from it too.

Sorry to piss on peoples fire, but its the truth.

Everyone is differen't though, so what effects some might not effect others.

ive used deca in a bulking cycle and was using 1 cc a week which equaled 300 mg. if your gonna run deca u should run test e or cyp or even a blend of both to get the most out of the cycle. Maybe throw in some dbol for a kick start? I wouldnt use more than 450 mg of deca a week imo.

Definitely run test with deca and at a higher dosage. Run test at least 200 above and for 12-14 weeks. Deca 10-12 weeks. Also what's your PCT?

No aas should ever be ran without test...idc what anyone says about that....if you run anything without test then your just stupid

Test should be ran at 200mg more then deca as t said above....dosage on deca us 400-600 a week....that doc is just trying to scare you
