Need advice: anyone stack Deca with Var or had experience good or bad with Deca?
I'm a crossfitter and Olympic lifter. Looking to gain strength, power and muscular endurance.
I'm 5'4, 165lbs, 18% body fat.
Need some more information here to give you the proper advice. What exactly are you looking for with regards to goals, cycle experience, and age/years training will help.
Thx! I'm female, 38 years old. Did one Var cycle for 6 weeks at 10mg. I'd like to get stronger, gain power and muscular endurance so I can increase max lifts and get faster with ********* conditioning. I've been training for 3 years. Have a major world wide comp in one year that I'm training for.
