Deep Squats question

Is it ok to move your back forward a little as you go deep as long as you keep your chest flared out and all the force on your heels when you push up?

On that video of Pullinbig doing 500 x 10, i am trying to keep my back that upright but I have to slant just a little bit more than he does. BUT, I am keeping all the force on my heels and my chest flared out.

I noticed though if I don't keep my chest flared, i start putting pressure off to the balls of my feet which can't be good.

FH if i remeber correctly you weak out of the hole. thats why if you getting folded over any at al you need to drop back in weight til you can do them correctly. in other words dont dump it on ya back. comprende' amigo?

thats why i asked you to do some deads off the blocks to strenghten you hole shot power.
 
Right, and I am still doing deads on 35 plates stacked 2 high, which is working ;).

Basically though, it doesnt feel like im putting it on my back now. It feels like i have to fold a little bit to keep the weight centered otherwise ill fall backward.

When i do the squat with NO weight, i can keep my back upright more, but even just putting the bar on my back and I tend to have to lean my upper body forward, but I'm not losing the arch in my chest and I'm still driving with my heels completely.

am I supposed to be flaring my chest out or keeping it straight?

I've been sticking my chest out, thinking that would help me keep my back straight. All it does it cause me to fold as I go down. Earlier I was messing around and when I was keeping my back "STRAIGHT", and only folding it maybe like 10-15 degrees like you do in your videos, I was able to keep it, but this was just bodyweight. The second I just put the bar on my shoulders, either my chest wants to flare out or my back wants to fold lol.

That might be because I did legs yesterday and they are really sore today though. They are pretty shot. Everytime i squat my bodyweight my legs are screaming.
 
squat a weight you can do correctly. move up slowly.

try these. stand against a wall. back to it. squat down deep and squat back up. keep your back against the wall the entire time. in other words keep you entire backside against the wall. ass to the back of you head. this will develop the leg drive you need to help stay upright. you got the back strenght no douybt. just need to catch the legs up then your numbers will take off. once you gewt to where yu do these no prob with bw then add some weight like adoig a front squat. still againt the wall though.

and FH. make sure the wall is smooth. dont want no splinters in that cute ass of yours.

Ok I will try those. It's so frustrating, and pretty embarassing. Tough pill to swallow.
